Today’s song is a bit self indulgent, but the big news in my world is that I am another year older. Aging has its downsides, but I frequently say that it beats the alternative. This isn’t my original idea, but it is a philosophy I try to live by. I also try to listen to great guitar playing whenever I can, so “Happy Birthday Blues” by B.B. King seems like the perfect tune for this fine Thursday.
